Description:
We are
looking for a highly motivated Product-Account Manager to join our team in
Bern. This role will be pivotal in driving the development and
commercialization of our products in the German-speaking market. The ideal
candidate will have a background in IT or AI &/or healthcare, a first
experience in product management, and commercial development within the
healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Product
Development:
- Lead the development of healthcare
products tailored for the German-speaking market (our medical speech recognition
/ ambient scribe, structured data extraction solutions, chatbots and phonebots)
- Conduct research and validation of data
sets to ensure product accuracy and relevance for German and Swiss-German
products
- Coordinate and oversee pilot projects with
hospitals to test and refine products.
2.
Commercial Development:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies
to penetrate the DACH market, especially on the hospitals and private clinics
segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships
with software publishers and hospitals in the region.
- Identify and pursue new business
opportunities to drive revenue growth.
3. Project
Management:
- Manage and oversee projects related to
product development and commercialization.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time,
within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
- Education:
A degree in Engineering, preferably in Informatics or a related field within
the medical domain.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in product management, data validation, and
commercial development within the healthcare sector.
- Language
Skills: Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
- Technical
Skills: Strong analytical and project management skills. Experience with data
validation and healthcare technologies.
- Soft
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
independently and in a team environment.
Compensation:
- Salary:
Competitive salary package of approximately 90k CHF fixed salary annually.
